Mission Statement
The mission of Patron Place PCH is to provide residential in home services that are designed to rehabilitate those with physical and mental disabilities. Patron Place PCH strives to prevent hospitalization, promotes early hospital discharge and stabilization with skilled nursing, therapy and compassionate care. We are dedicated to the development and operation of successful residential living for our residents. Each resident of Patron Place PCH is special, and we work hard to ensure that every individual has an opportunity to reach his or her fullest potential.
Directors have greater than 15 years of experience in a Personal Care Home and Residential environment. They have Degrees in Health Care and a combined experience of almost 50 years in the health care realm.
Caregivers may be certified nurses assistants, or highly trained caregivers, who provide services under the supervision of the Director.
RN’s have Associates Degrees in Registered Nursing or have a 4 year Bachelor Degree of Science in Nursing (BSN)
